A typical day as a Home Inspector for Elite

Job requirements

- Must be able to safely work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawlspace, and enter attics (will be trained).

Growth Administrator
Duties as a Growth Administrator for Elite
Learn the inspection routine and services we provide to our client’s; Maintain a stock of brochures, business cards, and email and marketing materials; Use and modify sales scripts for different opportunities and practice sales script; Research your territory. Make a map of your area; Know your region bounds, office locations, and list of realtors; Maintain a list of realtors for prospecting and meetings; Contact the realtors in your area, using a variety of methods. The purpose of the contact is to set one on one appointments to show the value to the Client and Realtor of working with Elite Real Estate Inspections; Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as realtors, mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance agencies, and other affiliates/vendors related to the real estate industry.; Promote Elite Real Estate Inspections in the Real Estate community through phone calls, one on one meetings, networking, office visits and sponsored and cosponsored events.; Co-Create automated monthly or quarterly newsletter for realtors and clients; Track, document and report all monthly expenses, and keep up with expense amount limit per month.; Track, document and report all weekly market growth activity in your region -use Sales Tracking Spreadsheet.
