FAQ.

Day of Inspection

Do I need to be at the inspection?

You’re always welcome, but it’s not required. Many clients join toward the end so that I can walk them through the main findings in person.

Can my agent be there too?

Yes! Agents are encouraged to be there and be engaged so they can know what they’re writing up in your Repair Request Addendum.

How long will the home inspection take?

The average house takes between 2.0 and 3.0 hours to thoroughly inspect. If the house is not in good condition, it may take longer.

The Report

What will the report include?

A detailed digital report with clear photos, easy-to-read comments, and a summary of major findings and recommendations.

When will I receive my report?

Most reports are delivered within 24 hours — often the same day. Larger or more complex properties may take a bit longer.

Follow-up

Can I call you if I have questions after I get the report?

Absolutely. You can call, text, or email anytime — I’m happy to help explain anything in the report.

Do you offer re-inspections after repairs?

Yes. I can return to verify that recommended repairs or corrections were properly completed.

Other Common Questions

Do you inspect new construction homes?

Yes. I offer phase inspections (pre-pour, pre-drywall, and final) to make sure your builder’s work meets quality standards.

Do you inspect commercial or multi-family buildings?

Yes. I provide full commercial and multi-family inspections following CCPIA and ASTM standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit/debit card, or online payment — whichever is easiest for you.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All inspections are performed by a TREC-licensed and insured inspector for your peace of mind.
